Bow cushion Alternative - Fatboy on boat

Alternative to getting bespoke bow cushions and fasteners made....

Idea came to us last weekend in the sun, flexible, available in sunbrella 'sand' and kinda comfy

Also stick them in tender and use them on the beach etc. when on bow the eyelets will allow easy fastening to the rails.

Anyone else tried this? What do you think?

Multi uses too:

Dinghy-added buoyancy.
Inflatable fender
Beach lazy boy
Spare camp bed
Extra fresh water tank
Emergency extended range fuel tank
Guitar stool

Any more ideas for uses?

For around 1/3 the price we bought some giant bean bags from the outdoor beanbag company - http://www.bigboybeanbag.com/bigboy/

You can sit on them, straddle them, have them sideways, upright, flat, whatever.

We bought one at the London boat show ages ago and added 3 more via home delivery. Very tough.

Henry has been undertaking some very intensive training in preparation off another hit for the troops that he is currently having to endure - Apart from that I can't say any more as sworn to secrecy - but I can say that he likes a nice thai curry oh and the odd massage :encouragement:
