The posting about cross channel cross track errors etc got me thinking.

Even tho' I've done dayskipper and yachtmaster theory, my limited sailing means I've only put it use in the simplest of ways.

Can anyone recomend a good book that shows how to put the various elements such as CTS and EP into use in the real world. Perhaps somthing that touches on the use of GPS as well.

I can't remember the name of the book, but it comes with a practice chart of plymouth to falmouth area, and you actually go through the exercises throughout the book. Worked for me..... I'll try to find it
