Books about the weather/met

Santa has been asked for a book about the weather (for a sailor). Any recommendations please?

The RYA's one - 'RYA Weather Handbook by Chrus Tibbs - is excellent.

So also is Alan Watts' 'The Weather Handbook - 2nd Edition'.

There are hundreds of others......

Thanks for your reply. The fact that there are so many prompted my post-we have some old ones and I wondered if there are any newer ones which are "must haves".
