Booking a Berth in SOF

Hi All,

I have charted a Monte Carlo 47 Fly in SOF for mid September and now looking to book a couple of marinas for just one night. The two main marinas in question is St Tropez and Port Hercule.

Is it best to pre book although I have experiencing difficulty with St Tropez because were too small!
What's your experience of these marinas?

Can anyone explain to me where in the marina the visitor berths are located?

in St Tropez you can prebook online, long in advance is better chance to get a space
In Port Hercule I'm afraid there is no space mid september due to the Monaco Yacht show,
they start preparing a week in advance or so, same for Fontvielle, they take boats from Hercule in that period.

mostly Marina's in SOF have no visitor berths, you get the berth from a resident who is out at that moment
sometimes berths are available for longer periods.....
the marinero's will guyde you to the place if you don't know the marina
