Book on wooden boat maintenance

Can anyone recommend a good book on wooden boat maintenance? (very much beginner level!). We are considering buying our first boat and want to know what we could be letting ourselves in for if we choose a wooden one. I know work will vary between boats but any information sources would be great (all we have to go on at the moment are ominous mutterings about wooden boats being more work).

Welcome to the Forums, you'll find loads of helpful people on here, however, if you click on 'main index' at the top of the page, then 'classic boat forum', you are more likely to get a relevant reply. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
