Lots of contenders but no real consensus of opinion. At least the forum is providing a rich source of books to be read!
I propose that we do this different, that one person volunteers to be the lead on a book for that month. He/she is responsible for choosing it, (and publishing that choice) and then writing up a quick precis of the book and comments on it (not a full jackanory, but enough to start a discussion.
Anybody want to volunteer - agree - violently disagree ??
