Bolt hole filler

I have a number of small bolt holes to fill where deck hatch catches need to be replaced. Obviously not structural but may need to be re-drilled. Would something like Plastic Padding marine filler be suitable?

Edit - would this be a better bet?

I think that's very similar to Teroson which I think is what Plastic Padding is sold as now. Either ought to do ok if the holes are relatively small and you scrape the hole edge to a clean bevel so it can bond.
