Boatyard/surveyor sought for vintage launch



I have been charged with finding a boatyard to undertake a survey and probable restoration of a vintage wooden, electrically powered, canoe launch, 7.9m long, based at an historic house near Maidenhead.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I have found Wootten's, but their website is not functioning. Are there others?

All the recommendations you have been given on The Thames Forum turn out fantastic work.
The only one that turns out fantastic work and I would trust not to pick my pocket,after hearing a few stories from my woodie friend is Colin Messer of Classic Boat Restorations,Clewer Village,Windsor.

Check out our yard as well.
We've got a number of big boat restorations currently ongoing,
however we've been looking at smaller craft recently and I know of a few coming due to attending Henley this year.
