Getting really peaved off with Corry and E.Enders being broadcasted what would seem nearly every bloody day. The wife is besotted and must watch them.......So why dosen't someone write a Boaty Soap, maybe I could handle that!

Are you too young to remember "Howard's Way" or is it that truly dreadful experiences are filed in the subconcious where they can't do any harm.

Yes sort off but with some the stuff that woman like to watch.....punchups, cheating husbands, villians and those cheap sort of charactors written into a soap that makes it popular.

How about " Hollamby,s Way" Starring ,tcm as ? paulinebb as? longjohn as? mukyfarter as? All 1000 plus posters could have a part + Cameos from Cumberlidge and Clarkson . Mines got the same disease, Corry, East Enders, and recentley She,s found Emmerdale I kid you not. Plus 2 Friggin Welsh ones AAAAGGHH! T_S Much sympathy,. Any suggestions from you lot on casting any of the above or other eminant posters. I feel a Script coming on!

apart from howard's way there have been a few, e.g. the Onedin Line through such crud as Triangle down to the abysmal 'Harbour Lights'
one trouble they all suffer from is that the sailing has to take second place to the script and camera angles, leaving us cringing at sails flapping gently in a 'storm' or a supposed sailing vessel making way head to wind.
