Boatshare Contracts

I am considering going into a boatshare scheme with an acquaintance at work and was just wondering if anyone knows of a sample contract available, perhaps online?

Any other advice would also be useful.

The RYA have a sample contract on their site. I used this with a colleague to buy our boat. We crossed out a few paragraphs and added another couple to cover what happens in the event of damage to the boat by one party and when one party decides to sell.

There was an elegant solution posted once to the problem of valuation on the break-up of a partnership: one partner puts a value on the boat, and the other says whether they are buying or selling. Seems foolproof!
And, of course, there is the old advice that the perfect sharer is a vicar, he never wants the boat on Sunday.

I can think of several scenarios where this wouldn't work, though it does seem elegant in theory.
