Boats are being pulled out in their dozens

So we read about people moving their boats out of Turkey because of the blue card thingy and fines, and others leaving Greece because of the turmoil and again some leaving Croatia because of their impending entry to the EU. Where will they all end up I ask myself. Is this a peculiar British thing, I am sure the Dutch and Germans and French and others just laugh at us sometimes.
