Boatie ipad app

Does anyone use this app? I bought it mostly for the tidal stream information,I can't access that and many more of its features.Are there any instructions to it or am I just thick(needn't answer that)

Tap on the tidal stream icon at the bottom... slide the time from left to right and the arrows magically appear.
I use it occasionally but find the text a bit small.

I've tried that but when I downloaded it there was something that asked me if it could use my current location so I did.Now it shows where I am,plenty of tidal information there-not as I live in the midlands,is there any way I can say access the Solent.I've tapped all the items on the screen with no joy?

Try going into settings and removing location permission for boatie?

Just scroll the screen around with your finger and pinch to zoom etc. works on mine.

Thanks I did try that before.Tried it now and it's just started working -hooray.The arrows are not very clear or numerous though and I stilll can't understand what the navigation bit does are you supposed to put a route in it?
