Hi All, I finally bit the bullet and removed lower cabin window frames ,,, all retained by screws from outside ,,it became obvious how frames dismantled once removed.

a local company (Hadlow Marine) webb site gives good instructions on how to and sells all parts needed (no connection)I bought and cut my own plexi glass uv stabilised sheet and cut with jig saw, only one thing to note wd40 a great help to break mastic bond and clean up
