Boat transport wanted.

I've just bought a carvel built 22' East Coast boat (weight approx 2 tonnes).
I need to move it from a back garden just outside London to the Birmingham area.

It would need a four wheel, low level, trailer. No craneage is available and the boat would have to be jacked onto blocks, the trailer slid underneath and the boat lowered down and strapped/chocked to the trailer. The keel is about 18/24" deep at its deepest point.

I have a vehicle that will tow up to 3.5 tonnes if needed.

Can anybody undertake this or has anybody a trailer for hire etc. etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have enough friends who are keen and at least one who can understand and direct the lift with no risk, then Indespension might have one for rent. Google them.
