boat transport from France

I know its been asked before, and i know its cheaper if you can get a return load etc etc i just want to know if anyone has a ball park figure to transport by road a 32 foot bilge keel yacht from Britany to the Bristol Channel

£3-4000 at a guess. Doubt there will be much chance of a return load on that sort of route as there is little traffic.

Only way to really find out is to to fire off a few emails to Boat Transport specialists with details.

I had a return load Scotland to Brittany. Cost £2000 five years ago.

Fortunately for me, the haulier had the contract to deliver new French boats to Scottish suppliers and usually ran down to France empty.

So in answer to your question, yes it is very much cheaper if you can get a suitable deal.
