Boat sunk at T&K....

Went down to check on things yesterday and my neighbour in the marina has sunk.

Those who are local may recognise it as the Riverboat Cafe. Poor bloke only bought it off the previous owner last summer and completely refitted the kitchen etc.

All down to a crappy front awning.....torrential rain week after week...and presumably not thinking to check on it in the bad weather.

Yup, they do and are pretty good in my own experience, if there's a problem. Seems it went quickly and overnight.
