Boat speed

My Seamaster 30 currently only reaches a to speet of 7.7 knots, according to lit and othe Seamaster owner it should
cruise at 10/11 knots. Any suggestions.
Configuration : Twin-diesel BMC 2.2 52hp each
Semi-dicplacement hull
Props 16 by 13
Speed : 7.7 at 3000 rev (MAX)
7.0 at 2600
5.5 at 2000
Would a prop say 17 by 14 make a difference?

Years and Years of aquired stuff vs Speed.
First get a large skip and dump everthing that you do not need ashore.
Second "Weed"
Third.Get another skip and put in it anything that would not fit in the first.

Just lets say the best boat in the known universe starts with the letter P
