Boat show tickets via ticketmaster

Ordered my tickets via ticketmaster (using the YM promo code to get the discount) but no tickets have arrived. Trying to correspond with Ticketmaster is like shovelling (water) uphill. Has anybody else the same problem?

I bought from ticketmaster, and used the option to download and print the ticket. I don't know if you can go back and do that however if you previously asked for the ticket by post.

How long did your pdf tickets take to arrive? I had my order confirmation email yesterday evening, but no tickets, yet. It does say allow 48 hours on the website, so I'm not panicking, but these things are usually quicker.

steve - i wouldn't hold your breath. My tickets were apparently posted on the 21st november but they haven't arrived here (in hampshire!) So i've called ticketmaster this morning and after hanging on listening to dreadful music for twenty fours minutes i spoke with "an advisor" who advised that i had better collect the tickets at the door. so pain in the bum that it is i've now got to collect the tickets when i arrive.

Not a good start for the earls court show and the organisers need to plant some dynamite under ticketmasters' backsides - its a shambles.

Whole thing, start to finish in less than one hour. First received the e-mail confirmation, went off and did something else, and received the ticket when I went back to my e-mail.

Oooh. My second email still hasn't arrived - 24 hours after the first. I guess I'll have to chase tomorrow.
