Boat Share Club - Croatia/N. Adriatic or Eastern Med

I live on the German/Austrian border and my nearest coast is either Istria or Venice area. I like the idea of boat share clubs like Latitude (https://purelatitude.com/) and am wondering if something like this exists in Croatia/N. Adriatic or the Eastern Med (i.e. areas that I can get too easily). I have done some searching online and haven't found anything. But maybe someone on here knows? Many thanks.

You could always start a boat share by buying a boat and advertising for partners?

Western Med is more popular but there are some Eastern Med boats listed here:

Thanks both - I was looking for more than just a boat share; rather a club where you have access to several boats.
