This year my boat is 10yrs old.

I have replaced the thro hull fittings (they were sound)

I have had the mast checked, standing rigging replaced and slight bulges (hardly visible - where shrouds hook into mast) reinforced with additional plates.

Both IMHO sensible but fortunately were not yet necessary IMO.

With recent events do you check the keel bolts and if so any particular ones (front or rear)

Do you carry out any other checks?

Go & have a nice quiet beer

Thanks - Just 1 week off retirement and I finished work unusually early today and am sitting here with a large glass of Sauvignon Blanc. The wine being doubly pleasing as its a Carrefour wine box that was cheap at chips yet perfectly acceptable to my palette!!

Just what do you do to check your keelbolts?
I wanted to check mine after an unscheduled meeting with a Swedish rock last year and would be interested in what the engineers suggest.
