Definately a case of not knowing myself, but knowing some people who will ................

I am guessing as follows :
SSR Certificate
Bill of Sale
VHF License
Red diesel fuel receipts
Evidence of qualifications, certificates etc

Anything I have forgotten ?
 
Yes VAT Status or proof that the boat was in UK waters before the rule applied.

Also i think you need VHF operators licence as well as the set licence whatever the name for it now is
 
I am sure you know that there are separate Schengen
forms for Belgium & Netherlands.Having handed two in at either country(Vliss,Middelburg or Veere for Netherlands,Nieuwport,OOstende,Blank,Antwerpen or Gent for Belgium then you should not have to hand them in again at the next country.However some harbourmasters seem unaware of this.
With respect to a ship which has no VAT documentation & was in commission before 31st Dec 1984 you require an original document from say a marina confirming that the ship was in the countrty on 31st Dec 1992.I have an original letter from the MD of Suffolk Yacht Harbour confirming this.I have heard of people copying such letters on scanners though this is hearsay of course.
 
You may need the Inland Waterways qualification on your Certificate of Incompetence if going inland at all.

Some places seem to provide Schengen forms at the harbourmaster's office.
 
No you dont!

Holland specifically doesn't require either an ICC or CEVNI endorsement for boats below a certain length (can't remember the length but its circa 15m) or speeds of less than a certain amount (can't remember the exact speed but its circa 11kts)
 
I have never been asked to produce this Almanaak either, but always carry them because:~
1/ If you should have an accident, it will almost certainly be checked that you comply.
2/ They are very useful as an aid to learning Dutch. Despite many Brits belief, there is nothing unpatriotic in this.
3/ The Dutch have to carry them, why should we be exempt.
4/ Vol 2 is very useful for bridge opening times [especially during rush hours]
5/ I regard them as a very small contribution to all the free facilities provided by Dutch authorities. [Bridge & lock operations, rubbish collections etc.]
6/ They are cheap enough if bought in Holland.

I have had Schengen forms checked by immigration police twice, both times in Breskens.
