Hi all,

I'm currently restoring a 'Colvic Seaworker' style boat (as it was advertised), but I'm unable to locate a MIC, WIN, CIN or HIN code (normally on the starboard side on the transom).

I have no other information, other than it's fitted with a VOLVO Penta 2002 engine - manufactured between 1983 to 1993.

Is there anyone out there that can offer any assistance or be able to name the boat's manufacturer going by the images?

Thanks in advanced!

That hull was moulded long before any identification was required so you won't find anything. The hulls were moulded and sold to DIY and boatyards to fit out so the chances after all these years of discovering who actually did it are pretty slim. Looks nicely done - and the engine is a 2003, 29hp 3 cylinder. Still plenty of those around.

There were two Colvic Seaworker hulls from my limited observations, one was less than 22ft and a displacement hull, the other type was 22ft and had a flatter stern, this was a semi displacement hull and usually fitted with an 80hp motor, some even had a bigger engine and an outdrive, 20 knots ish possibly, as Tranona said most were home completed, lots of variations.
