Boat lift northern France

Does anyone have information on boat cranes, travel hoists in northern France. Where are the best marinas to lift a 6.6 ton 34ft motor boat into the water to gain access to the French canals system? Any information gratefully received.

I think if you call any French HM in the right area via Google they can advise...in my experience they all speak English!
