An excellent morning in the fine company of FC, Flipper, Chattinglil and Nigelm and sundry forumites and lurkers.

A profit of £374 was made and this is being sent to Burnham RNLI Boathouse Appeal.

Thanks to Wolfy for a good pitch and to all donors.

Didn't we do well :):):)

Well done...

Got to the RNLI stall about 11:30 and it looked empty! Promise to have a winter clear out and will try to donate next time.

Inca showed me up several times by barking at other dogs and generally behaving in a most unbecoming manner. He will never get on Blue Peter at this rate!

Still I did manage to find 30m of 14mm black dock line for £30 so well pleased.

Well done, all of you. Superb result!

By the way, do you know who bought the MOB device that we donated (looks like a thing to garotte stray dogs) and is marked "Vela Rose"? We've found the instruction leaflet - too late, of course, but we can give/send it to who ever has bought it.

Yes it was great fun and good to catch up with the forumites. I think Lisa get's the prize for selling the manual outboard 'tho

I shall get in touch with Black Kipper and discuss how he wants to shift the Colvic 31 sails on and that might bump up the total. I have a lead for someone at the RSA so will follow that up.

Maybe we should make the jumble a regular forum event? Perhaps even crank up the BBQ afterwards?

Patrick
