Still looking for a boat! I've already asked for any info on the Kalik 33 (haven't found much!) - so has anyone any opinions or info on these contenders for my money:

Jouet 1080

I don't know a great deal but I remember Gillingham Marina had one for sale last year at around £18k. I did some web research and it looked like a lot of boat for the price - a sort of Danish Contessa 32 equivalent. They seem rare here, the only other one I've seen advertised was for nearer £30k.

From what I recall they are more common on the continent than in the UK, so check out some of the Dutch or Scandinavian sailing websites. They seem to be well-liked, competent boats.

have a look on www.sailnet.co - they have a boat search. Don't know if Joet 1080 will be on there, but interesting site anyway.
