Haven't heard anything negative and I think C.E cert before delivery. Don't think its a con but I think their prices in the current pound\dollar climate are a bit on the high side.

I spoke to them before I imported my boat, they seemed very proffesional and made the process very simple. The only reason I did not use them was that their prices swallowed up much of the saving. You would however probably get a better boat from them than buying via a UK broker.
Depends how you view the cost / hassle ratio.
