Has anyone experience of hiring/chartering small boat around 30ft close to Venice ?, If so who did you use ? help appreciated

Just back from Venice and surrounding lagoon. We used Le Boat from their base at Casier which is a very pleasant village/small town about 3 hours inland and 1 lock from the lagoon. This is the second time we have used Le Boat and just in the process of booking again next year.

I know Caorle and the surrounding area a bit and I'd be surprised if there was any kind of boat charter business operating from there except maybe pedalos. The coastline is extremely flat there and it wouldn't be a particularly interesting trip anyway. AFAIK most of the Adriatic charter boats stay on the more scenic Slovenian/Croation side
However I did read an article a few months ago about hiring a boat to cruise the Venice lagoon and that would definitely be worth doing. Venice is one of those must see places and there are many outlying islands in the lagoon worth visiting too. Crown Blue Line have a base near Venice HERE

thanks for advice have emailed both suggestions - really want to use boat as a day base for exploring the lagoons
