St MartinLeft in which tropical island ? Maybe storm damaged?
Probably the best place for a wooden boat. There was a story about a wherry man on the Norfolk Broads who got in trouble with the authorities. The law could not find his wherry to confiscate. Once said owner was released he started trading again in his old boat. It had spent the duration of his jail time sitting on the bottom under a quiet corner of one of the Broads.
The price has just gone up.Isn't it fresh water that rots wooden boats? This one should be ok.
Whereas salt water is where the gribble lurks...Isn't it fresh water that rots wooden boats? This one should be ok.
Price has gone up again then…Still better for it than sitting in the sun
