Already reported on on here yesterday by Bubblefish.
What we need to know is what actually caused it. Gas cylinders do not normally explode without some provocation. More likely to have been escaping gas that was ignited that the cylinder itself I would have thought, unless the cylinder was in a fire already.

Meridian had an outside broadcast bimbette & crew down there this afternoon so expect an update on the local news tonight. Managed to stay out of camera (I hope!)

Anyone know name of boat and names of people? I was 100 yds away at 2.00 AM Sunday and never heard a thing: must sleep more soundly than I thought.
