BnG Valcan 7 and WS320

This is a problemt thats been alluding me for a few seasons and I thought I would have a go before mast up next week!
Despite BnG tutorials and support. I just can't get to the bottom of this. I have unpaired and repaired as per instruction, and I get no further than a paired device with no read out. See attached photo. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.( Depth speed,Ais etc all work)

Good point the battery as not see the sky since November ! Will check tomorrow

Yes I did that's advice I got from BNG. Remove battery unplug puck , then plug puck in this puts it into pairing mode as you plug battery in to Windvan !

I have definitely paired good news, however at present I can’t check battery charge it however has been exposed to the Sun for a week.
does anybody know where it says signal strength, 0 is the battery charge or signal from Windvane to puck!
Ref BNG has anyone found a support Uk number?
