As I understand it, bone conduction still ultimately transmit noise to the cochlea so adding to what is coming through the ear drums. Is there not an issue of simply putting to much vibration into a very delicate part of the body that we know doesn’t like too much noise? Hearing loss in my work is a very real thing and bone conduction is very difficult to assess in terms of how much is too much. And then adding more though inter coms etc. I can help thinking that simply the amount of noise we have in our lives is too much and we are going to see long term issue with mass hearing loss.
