Bluetooth GPS for Android

Does anyone have any recommendations on a Bluetooth GPS for android tablets. I want to use
for chartplotter so will probably use Navionics software, however they don't test their software
with external GPS devices

I"d say you would need to hit up the fusion tablet forum or one of the other budget tablet forums to find out but i would think it would be much easier and cheaper to spend £159 on a nexus 7with GPS built in.

I don't think Navionics have certified thier App for Nexus Tablets yet.

I would recommend great caution with Navionics. I put it onto my Asus tablet this year and it worked fine for about 2 weeks. I then had to do a hard reset to the tablet which meant reinstalling my apps. All were fine except Navionics which gave various error messages. Tried to contact Navionics who ignored all e-mails. Eventually someone here gave me the name and number of a lady in the UK who was sympathetic but unable to get any satisfaction from their head office.
It turns out that in the few weeks between me buying the app and then trying to reinstall it they had "upgraded". Eventually the only offer I had from them was to buy the new app at its full price. Bunch of charlatans and I will certainly never use them again.

Not sure if this will help but had a simelar problem with my Navionics UK and Holand chart app on my Nokia N8.
Posted problem and a kind chap advised I delete the charts, not the whole app, the charts reloaded on restarting the app, working fine since.

No help despite numerous emails to Navionics.
