Lovely to see such a well equipped selection of yacts. Some good passage times down from Gibraltar too.

But They Have Used All The Hot Water In The Marina Bathrooms!!

Suppose it's back to submarine patrol routine. One shower a month whether I need it or not....I know they are only here for a couple of weeks, but old habits die hard.

I'm just back from seeing them off in Gib. They are a fine body of men, women and children and I, too, wish them well. They set off in a brisk easterly which turned into the north east so they should have made good progress. The two cats and the 63ft Dutch aluminium job should have got there in not much more than three days, I would think. The chunky steel Roberts 38, the Rival 36 and Super Sovereign 35 might take a little longer /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
