An experimental, temporary wreck buoy - for those who can't be bothered to look on the RYA site

Temporary as in the buoy not wreck. The idea is that it would be replaced by cardinal marks in time.

Looks more like Vic Marks than Cardinal Marks; maybe marks the spot where England drop the Ashes, therefore becoming known as a 'Geraint'.
