Nope, but I believe disneyland Florida do something along these lines which is quite amazing to see live, but i've only ever seen video...

Not an optical illusion......Go to Sentosa Island in Singapore where they do a similar laser hologram type show with a 3 dimensional coloured clown....amazing and still not sure how it is done but the lazer light is projected into the diffused water spray.....the spray is all part of the show and acts as a focal plane screen...
