BLMC 2.2 Engines

I am looking for handbook/installation instructions for these engines. They have a large manifold marked 'THORNEYCROFT' also details of gear boxes which have the name 'MOCAM' or similar in the top of the casings. Any help appreciated.

The main BLMC agent nowadays is Adams Morey, the LDV (Leyland Daf Vehicles), who will almost certainly have spares, but did not have handbooks for either the 1.5 or 1.8 engines any more.

You could also try T Norris of Isleworth, who have reconditioned and marinised hundreds if not thousands of the BLMC range.

Ignore the 'Thorneycroft' label. They either marinised the engine, or more likely made the heat exchanger /manifold assembly.
