Hi, we have a 1991 Fairline 41/43 and want to install some blinds - we would welcome any ideas on how we can get around the issue of the front side windows dropping down 45 degrees where they meet with the front screen - hope that makes sense

Also, if anyone has some good contacts in the bespoke blind world it would again be appreciated. Likewise, any other ideas how we an get away from the old curtains if the blind option is not possible would be welcomed

many thanks
Paul

attached pic - we have looked at Blinds 2 go, but as i say i cannot get them to over the whole of the front side window - they would leave circa 1/3 exposed when fitted

These windows are not usually covered with blinds but the black mech that goes over the wind screen and side windows.
I don’t know the boat but those windows usually slope inward as well

You install them on the bottom of the window and then pull them up. Make them triangle shape, also you can install stainless steel guide wires that run through slits on each of the venetian blind slats

Hi Bouba they look great, can I ask where you got those from please?
tksb
Sorry mate, I just googled that image. My interest in the subject comes from me thinking about putting blinds in my boat, but it’s the bottom of the to do list at the moment
