Some catagories.
Most inappropiate boat for the Thames.......

The worst combination of hull and outdrives ever ......

God....... however did that mess escape from the drawing board onto a sales pontoon.? (No pride and joy owner conversions please)

Anybody else got any suggestions ?...go on you know you want too. :)

Most inappropriate must be the feckin' Yellow Submarine things (Lifeboats) which are appearing along the Thames. They must be horrid to be inside due to inadequate ventilation, and impossible to use.

Worst combo of Hull and Outdrives....well my mates Sealine S38 seems to lunch them, perhaps it's too heavy for the weedy transmissions, as most near-40-footers have Shafts....

Ugliness.....Hmmm, well everything is down to taste, but the Fairline Phantom 32 down at Staines area with a 'caravan' grafted on top is possibly the worst, but some of these new designs are clearly not going to last long!

Oh, and Rowers boats are fine, it's the inhabitants manners that seem to be lacking :nonchalance:
 
Most inappropriate boat for the Thames? Anything with a crap electrical set up that requires its owner to fire up a generator on arrival, despite two alternators running all day. Mostly marina based boats that can't survive without a mains hook up. :disgust:
 
Most annoying ...

The use of a bow thruster to steer your boat down a marina fairway or into a lock, whilst you have forward motion. Especially when you have two engines/ props on shafts.
