Bleedin' masking tape- any ideas?

My GRP boat came with painted vertical sections on the topsides above the rubbing strake.

Looking shabby, I refreshed them over the weekend with oil based one pack '10 year' house paint.

Unfortunately I'd used poor quality masking tape and the job is rough close up due to paint bleeding under the mask all over the shop.

Possible options
Enlarge area of paint, remask and redo.
Mechanically remove overpaint.
Chemically remove overpaint.
Sell boat.
Sail with large bag over head.
Cry.
Live with it...
Some magic low cost idea from this forum.
 
Combination of scraping with plastic scraper and wiping with white spirit worked for me.
Did that while the paint was soft.
Tidied up further with tcut once the paint was hard.
