blank purchase contract needed

Hi Guys, about to buy my first boat. Its from a private vendor and although not massively expensive, I'd still like to get a formal sale/purchase contract betwen us. Anybody able to email me a blank or anonymised one? Otherwise any reminders of things I might want to include? thanks

Thnks for that guys - I've got the one from the Westerly site. The boat I'm buying is a 1973 Coronado 25, built by Playvista in Spain. In the same ownership for the first 25 years of its life she looks well cared for - not pristine obviously, but an honest boat. She's had a fairly recent survey which didn't show any major failings. Bringing her back to Cardiff Bay Yacht Club, hopefully next week. Can't wait!
