My Blake's w/c outlet seacock has some surface corrosion and a bright blue patches. The underlying metal seems sound and there are no pinkish patches. The bolts securing the cap both sheared off as they were corrodedin and the metal inside looks OK. I suspect sage advice would be to replace it but I'd value opinions and I'm intrigued by the blue discolouration.
