I am ordering a new 12m motor yacht and the treatment of the black water is something I am very interested in, even if it is not mentioned in polite company. I did a quick search, but the only threads seem to be over 10 years old. Most systems seem to be built for larger vessels, but there is a system by Enteron of Germany, that appears to be suitable. Has anyone any experience of this or any other system. The standard spec for the new boat is for 2 x 200l holding tanks and will primarily be cruised by myself and my wife, with short visits by the family bringing the compliment to 6 for up to a week. We are allowed to discharge at sea, outside of the 3 mile limit, but I still feel guilty. Whilst there are pump out facilities in our area, I never see any one using them.
