My deck is glass sheathed ply with 2 part epoxy on the interior. I have found a few areas where black rough patches have formed on the coach roof.(range from 1 inch to about 3 inches.) which I thought was mould,but on closer inspection found that they are actually small pitting. I have thoroughly checked the deck in these areas for damage and water ingress but there is none. Any ideas what could be causing this problem would be appreciated. I have spiked the timber to see if it is rot, but seems ok.
