Anyone had success in removing these from acrylic-type canvas? There seems to be a range from household cupboard remedies to top secret ingredient American specialist products.
So far, normal washing soaking, household products doesnt seem to have had much effect.

Most "mould & mildew removers", including Dettol Mould & Mildew Remover, are basically just high-priced bleach - you'll find "hypochlorite" on the label. Ones that aren't include Polycell 3-in-1 Mould Killer (about £5 a litre from bigger B&Q stores), Cuprinol Mould Killer, B&Q Fungicidal Wash and Homebase Mould Killer. These will work much better.

I found that the 'Oust' three in 1 product has a miraculous effect on Mildew and Blackspots. I rescued my sons Boat jacket whcih had been packed away damp and was completely covered in spores after spraying and leaving over night the coat was like new with no marks at all. and it smells okay too !.

I googled "oust" and all I got were air freshener references. What is it sold as?( is it sold as mildew remover?) Could you also tell me where you can buy it , it sounds like the exact stuff I need!
Thanks

Yep thats the stuff. Has antibacterial properties and it nutralises odours as well. I was doubtful that anything short of sterilising fluid would have got rid of the stains which would have ruined the jacket.... it was literally left on overnight without scrubbing and it did the trick. Sold in most supermarkets.

I can find two names under OUST.. one makes heavy duty limescale cleaners and washing machine cleaners, and the other is a deoderiser that says do not use on fabrics !
