Morning All

If you do engage with us “socially” and I don’t mean down the pub you will have seen that we are very much in the Black Friday mood…

So if you are STILL looking for a Christmas gift for yourself or even your other half then why not take out a subscription to one of your favorite boating magazines.

So please form an orderly queue or should I say line….

i would love a subscription for pbo but the last time i paid for a overseas subscription at the london boat show i didn't receive any copies, even after a couple of phone calls and posting my copy of the receipt to pbo,
i recently wanted a copy because of an article on sailing in scotland, however i couldn't bring myself to buying a copy due to being ripped off , however a friend bought me a copy, pity because i miss pbo :(

Interesting ? I would like to hear more. Dates ? Who did you send it to Etc ?

Richard, it was a good few years ago, i always waited for a boat show to get my subscription as they used to be great freebies such as musto bags
really cant remember how long ago it was,it was the london boat show & i paid cash, at the time i would have been extremely busy at work so i hadn't time to follow it uo,, stupidly i sent the original receipt to pbo, when i rang they denied receiving it,
it wasn't a whole heap of money but on principle i refused to buy any ipc mags since, after receiving a copy as a gift it reminded me how much i enjoyed the mag.

a good gesture here (in view of bad service with above post) would go down well don't you feel?

I've had a subscription as a Christmas prezzie for longer than I can imagine, the Black Friday deal doesn't state in YM case, for subscription duration just a price of £19.99

Am I missing something here?
