Black Deep this afternoon

Donking up Black Deep this afternoon there was a vessel towing wires exactly like a trawler. Has a large number on the bow prefix "A" like a warship and certainly looked military with lots of radar and come gear. Was showing restricted manoeuvrability day signal. It was not visible on the AIS. I assume it was a Naval Auxiliary vessel but what was it doing?

Towing wires? Perhaps a minesweeper, what Ensign was she wearing, if RN would have been the White otherwise the Blue?
