Yes! 'Dagmar' hit the west coast of Norway last night! 90mph winds recorded in our marina! 123mph winds recorded a little farther north of here. Trees down, shipping-containers blown around, some structural damaged and its blowing again tonight!

Probably best to think of all the unusual wild weather we have experienced in these past few years as being caused by 'Climate Change' rather than 'Global Warming'.

'Dagmar' update

West Norway: 4/5 days later, Still trying to clear landslides, restore power and phone lines. Some major roads washed away. communties cut off. Only one death reported due to phones being out and an ambulance could not be called. Ive seen 2 or 3 houses with trees on their roofs and some small garages completely destroyed by trees. If you wish to send donations to the 'Dagmar Disaster Fund' my bank account number is......!
