Despite 2 x email bookings with no reply and loads of phone calls to try and confirm berth all resulted in zilch and nought but an answering machine..
Phoned Chelsea Harbour and booked in straight away over Easter no probs.......

Highly surprised. We booked by email and got a reply more or less by return. In the event we were late (six days late...) but we called them and they were as nice as pie. We are however crammed into a very small space - there is some storm damage to the West dock so a lot of the pontoons are out of comission.

There's not always anyone around to answer the phone during locking times. Nevertheless a reply would have been nice. Most odd.

If you're still keen on a result at St Kat's, then let me know. I only live five minutes walk away and can always go and bang on the door!

That could be a fundamentally useful service to us all, and beer is always to be had nearby:)

I too have often had limited reply from the staff. Maybe they just think I'm an oik with an orange boat!
