Decided to do a last minute overnight on Thursday, managed squeezed into Island Harbour just as it was getting dark. Had a nice meal in Breezes restaurant, and a good nights sleep, but awoke on Friday morning to find we were a bit frozen in. Apparently there is a stream that feeds into the back on the marina and at this time of year there is quite a high level of fresh water in the marina, so on a cold night it freezes over.
Can confirm the boat has reasonable ice breaking qualities.
