Hi guys , I have a Birchwood TS 33 Volvo 31a s engines 2 she’s 1988 ? Port engine maxing out at 3000 rpm and starboard 3500 rpm giving me 13 knots , would it be just her age,turbo problems or stretched cables ?????? Help please
